Risk Manager

The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing project risks to support successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a practical approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor potential project risks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and address risks.
• Monitor risk mitigation actions and follow up on progress.
• Prepare regular risk reports and updates for management.
• Support project planning and decision-making through risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company risk management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management, including practical experience in risk management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation plans, and risk registers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
