Risk Mitigation Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Risk Owner (Collection) to review, analyze, and summarize risk management and collection performance data.
• Prepare issue reports and presentation materials for management and relevant committees.
• Follow up on collection strategies, track action items, and provide feedback on strategy effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly collection performance reports, including monitoring key KPIs such as recovery rate, roll rate, DPD movement, and portfolio aging, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and monitor DPR (Debt Performance / Delinquency Performance Report) and other compliance-related collection reports, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and NCB reporting standards.
• Prepare and monitor DRR (Debt Performance / Delinquency Performance Report) and other compliance-related collection reports.
• Support audit, compliance reviews, and ad-hoc data requests related to debt management and collection strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial institutions, non-bank, leasing, or consumer finance businesses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Power Query, Data Validation).
• Experience in data analysis using SAS (preferred).
• Experience in data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
