Risk Officer (FICC)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing and optimizing the corporate risk management framework, including risk policies, risk measurement, risk check;
• Conduct team-based due diligence; issue risk assessment reports for fixed-income products; identify risks and provide mitigation solutions;
• Track the performance and market changes of invested projects; provide early warnings, action plans, and statistical analysis;
• Analyze the implementation of strategic goals; prepare risk reports for management;
• Manage the daily secretarial operations of the Investment Management Committee and the Risk Management Committee;
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years in a relevant role; priority given to candidates with interest rate and credit experience;
• Familiarity with the US interest and Asian credit.
• CFA, FRM, or CPA holders are preferred;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin and English is essential);
• Mature personality, high stress tolerance, and strong conflict resolution and solution-oriented thinking.
