Background on the Team? The Risk, Vendor management and CASS governance team manages the risk profile for Global MSIM Operations teams that includes risk identification, reporting, mitigation. Thus, ensuring compliance with firm and operations policies. Audit facilitations, user entitlements, governance, independent assessments, business continuity planning, outsourcing, regulatory governance and oversight are also covered by this team. As we are a global team, we are based in New York, Boston, London and Mumbai.

Primary Responsibilities: The position would be responsible for Risk/3rd party monitoring and reporting for Investment Management Operations. This would also require the individual to work closely with functional teams in our international offices.

Key Responsibilities: Risk & Vendor management , Operations Risk Incident Management, Escalation, Risk monitoring, Tracking, Reporting and Mitigation? Responsible for supporting all vendor risk governance processes in the management/oversight of service due diligence that includes the lifecycle of on-boarding a 3rd party service within a firm and demonstrating oversight? Metrics Reporting and Senior Management reporting through data collation, reporting and attending meetings as appropriate? Involvement in Projects & other related duties as assigned
