About the Role

Responsible for the company’s risk control strategy management. Based on product and business growth needs, leverages sharp risk insights to lead the establishment of a risk prevention and control system, builds efficient and intelligent risk prevention and control capabilities, and ensures business growth.

Responsibilities

Policy Framework

• For new products and new business scenarios, map out risk prevention and control frameworks, develop risk policies, processes, and governance plans to ensure smooth launch and development of new businesses.

Strategy Deployment

• For fraud risk, credit risk, and order-cashing/“brushing” risk, complete full-cycle risk strategy management including strategy design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, validation, and iteration.
• Develop corresponding risk strategies promptly based on the current risk landscape and fraud characteristics.

Case Analysis

• Use machine learning and statistical modeling tools to identify fraud cases, analyze fraud tactics, reconstruct the end-to-end fraud chain, and quantify and represent cases through effective feature engineering to support strategy deployment.

Monitoring & Early Warning

• Monitor risk trends, strategy effectiveness, and operational process performance.
• Build risk early-warning capabilities to proactively alert potential risks, improve the efficiency of sensing risk conditions, and more effectively control risk by combining risk operations with strategy deployment.

Risk Review

• Review materials submitted by potentially risky users.
• Optimize risk strategies based on submitted materials, approval rates, and other factors to reduce user friction/strategy “interference.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management. Familiar with financial, fintech, or consulting backgrounds.
• Hands-on experience in transaction risk control strategies and anti-fraud strategies, with in-depth practical understanding of risk strategy formulation, model building, and rules engine design.
• Proficient in data analysis tools including Hive, SQL, Python, and R.
• Familiar with risk control technologies and tools such as risk models, anti-fraud systems, and decision engines.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to quickly break down complex business processes and risk points and design reasonable, effective risk control solutions.
