Risk&Fraud Intelligence Control

1. Fraud & AML

• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and preventing fraud risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AMLO) requirements, by coordinating with internal teams and external authorities to minimize company risk and potential losses.
• Improve and develop Fraud control processes in compliance with AMLO regulations and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and stay updated on new AML / Fraud regulations, announcements, and best practices.

2. Fraud Monitoring & Investigation

• Monitor and review high-risk transactions.
• Analyze suspicious transaction behaviors and conduct in-depth investigations.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities or departments when potentially illegal transactions are identified.
• Review waiting transactions related to AMLO compliance requirements.

3. Chargeback & Fraud

• Review and analyze Chargeback / Fraud cases.
• Collect and prepare supporting documents and evidence for Chargeback responses.
• Prepare related documents and information for legal proceedings involving merchants.

4. KYC / CDD / Merchant Onboarding

• Review customer documents and information in accordance with KYC / CDD procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of customer and merchant information during the onboarding process.
• Assess customer risk in line with the company’s AML / Compliance policies.

5. Audit & Regulatory Support

• Prepare documents and information for Internal Audit and External Audit processes.
• Support audits and inspections conducted by regulators or related authorities.
