About the Role:

Sunrise Health Care, PC is looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical duties including vital signs, phlebotomy, injections, and EKGs
• Assist physicians and providers during patient examinations and procedures
• Document accurate patient information and medical histories in the EHR system
• Prepare and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and medical equipment
• Administer medications and vaccines per provider orders
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff
• Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions as directed by providers

Requirements:

• Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
• Previous clinical experience in a medical office or outpatient setting preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems EPIC
• Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
