RMA QA Engineer (Electronics)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RMA QA Engineer to join a fast-growing global 3PL and technology company. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in electronics quality assurance, customer quality, and RMA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases and quality investigations
• Analyze product failures and identify root causes
• Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare quality reports and monitor RMA performance metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in RMA, Customer Quality, QA, or Quality Engineering
• Knowledge of electronic products and manufacturing processes
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
