RMA Operations Assistant

This role will focus on managing all RMA-related processes, communication, and continuous improvements. This position has direct responsibility for all aspects of the return management cycle. This includes managing and tracking all items, issue resolution, warranty issues, processing return requests, and managing relationships with clients as well as good communication with Sales department.

• Communicates with Clients technicians or representative to resolve concerns and respond to customer inquiries, has the capability to decide on the issues.

• Reporting to the General Manager about the operations

• Check and record RMA inventory in regular basis. Submitting the necessary reports.

• Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

• Accurately document all customer interactions and call transactions by recording or encoding them.

• Offer alternative solutions to address customer needs to maintain good business relationship.

• Consult with RMA technicians to identify and resolve problems, ensuring a thorough understanding of the issue and effective resolution.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
