RMA / SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR

About the role

You will be responsible for managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, warranty claims, faulty components, replacement parts, and inventory movement within our Service Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track RMA and warranty claims from start to completion
• Liaise with distributors and manufacturers regarding warranty claims, replacements, backorders, and pending cases
• Receive and verify replacement parts from distributors/manufacturers
• Process faulty parts returned by engineers or customers
• Issue and record parts required by engineers for servicing and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of RMA cases and parts movement
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Ensure faulty and replacement parts are properly labelled and accounted for
• Keep the RMA and storage area organised

About you

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Responsible and careful when handling inventory
• Good administrative and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable liaising with external suppliers and manufacturers
• Able to manage multiple ongoing cases and follow up independently
• Basic PC hardware knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in RMA, inventory, warehouse, logistics, administration, or service centre operations is an advantage
