RMC Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant.
• Ensure accurate batching of cement, sand, aggregates, water and admixtures as per approved mix designs.
• Monitor concrete production and ensure timely supply as per site requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Quality Control and maintenance teams.
• Maintain daily production records, material consumption reports, and batching logs.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report technical faults or breakdowns.
• Monitor raw material availability and report shortages to the concerned authority.
• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards during plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in RMC or concrete batching plant operations.
• Practical knowledge of automated batching systems and control panels is preferred.
• Understanding of concrete mix designs, batching processes, and plant maintenance.
• Basic computer knowledge for operating plant software and maintaining records.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and work according to production schedules.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 40k-50k (Negotiable)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
