Job Description – Sales Executive (RMC Plant)

Job Title: Sales Executive – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: RMC Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and developers to generate sales.
• Promote and sell RMC products as per customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for orders.
• Coordinate with the Plant, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor customer requirements, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and market information.
• Track competitor activities and market prices.
• Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of RMC/construction industry is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel for client/site visits.
• Good knowledge of the local construction market.

Key Performance Indicators: Sales achievement, new customer acquisition, repeat business, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
