Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on client assessments and specific needs
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their health concerns and desired outcomes
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate therapies or exercises when needed
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic flow
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Skills

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy
• Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clients
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client questions
• Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

• Toronto, ON M5C 1G4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
