Leland Care is a physician-led practice in Florida and New York. Our nurses help seniors and their families with the parts of care that fall through the cracks: follow-ups after the hospital, referrals, medication lists, insurance denials, and keeping the family in the loop.

The role

You're the main point of contact for a small group of seniors and their families, by phone and video. You schedule appointments and follow up after hospital stays, keep medication lists up to date, help sort out insurance questions and denials, and make sure everyone knows the next step. We're building our technology alongside you: tell us what slows you down, and you'll see it get better week by week.

You have

Experience working as a Registered Nurse (current license not required), warmth on the phone, and real follow-through. Experience with patients or older adults is a big plus.

Pay

$40/hr, from a few hours a week up to 40, fully remote anywhere in the US.
