And now, we’d love YOU to join us!

We’re looking for a caring, reliable, energetic, and organised RN / Care Coordinator to become part of our growing team and help us deliver exceptional care across our local community.

Because there really is no place like Right at Home.

About the Role

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and the wider care team
  • Monitoring care delivery to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
  • Supporting carers and staff with guidance, training, and regular updates
  • Travelling throughout the Wide Bay and surrounding areas — with a company car provided for work-related travel

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is caring and capable, who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in making a difference.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Support
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of care standards, assessments, and service coordination
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A genuine commitment to our purpose: “Improving the quality of life for those we serve.”

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

Because great care starts with a great team!

When you join Right at Home Central Queensland, you’ll enjoy:

  • A supportive, inclusive, and friendly team environment
  • A part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time
  • Access to a company car for work-related travel
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • The opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in your local community
  • A workplace where your contribution is genuinely valued

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you’re a compassionate RN who wants to combine clinical expertise with genuine connection, we’d love to hear from you!

Come and be part of a team where care is personal, people matter, and every day is an opportunity to make someone’s life a little better.
