RN Case Manager – Full-Time

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide quality healthcare through safe, individualized discharge planning and utilization management services.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Managing timely and proficient utilization review to maximize reimbursement
• Assessing social and physical factors affecting discharge and utilizing community resources effectively

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Minimum three years of clinical experience, with two years in Utilization Review, Management, or Case Management preferred
• Current Nevada Registered Nurse license
• Proficiency in computer programs for data management and documentation
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care to diverse patient populations

Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical assessment abilities. Knowledge of community resources and social determinants of health.
