Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Full-Time RN Clinical Educator in the field of home health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive education and training to assigned clinicians, ensuring their proficiency in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire orientation for clinicians, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Develop and implement ongoing training programs for current staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Area Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Nursing, Director of Patient Care Services, and Clinical Supervisor to address educational needs and support continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on training and support to clinicians in the home health setting.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure that education programs align with current standards and regulations.
• Provide additional support to the Director of Nursing

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Excellent Clinical Assessment Skills
• In-depth knowledge of care provided in home health settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
