Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective nursing interventions. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Perform procedures such as venipuncture, specimen collection processing, and infection control measures.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques as needed for patient diagnostics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like PointClickCare.
• Assist in senior care facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices.
• Experience in operating room (OR) settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is a plus.
• Previous experience in home care or senior care environments is advantageous.
• Ability to ventilate patients effectively when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy and support.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
