About the Role:

As a RN at Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This includes administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and their families, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
• Conduct thorough assessments and document resident data accurately and thoroughly
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including managing supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective care

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
