• RN (Registered Nurse) with a current Oregon, unencumbered license
• Maintain current certification in CPR
• Demonstrate leadership ability and desire for professional growth
• Demonstrate knowledge and competence in practicing the principles of good nursing care
• Able to interact well with staff as well as residents and their families
• Able to prioritize multi-demanding role using initiative and judgment
• Must consent to and pass a criminal background check
