About the Role:

RespectAdultDayHealthCare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Sudbury, MA. Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document participants' health status and care needs on a daily basis
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and family members regarding participant health concerns
• Provide health education and wellness support to participants and their caregivers
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line clinical intervention as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal adult day health care regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in geriatric care, adult day health, or community health nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive demeanor
