The position is for an IR/Cat lab CIRCULATING nurse at our private practice OBL(office based lab) that specializes in peripheral vascular disease and end stage renal access.

We are seeking a registered nurse to work part time/ contingent possible time share as a cath lab/ IR Circulator at our OBL facility.

Responsibilities:

Assist in procedures as well as Pre and Post Op care.
Starts and monitors peripheral IV's
Communicates well with team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Functions as circulating nurse during procedures.
Monitors and documents vital signs during and post procedure.
Assists with procedure room cleaning and turn over
Provides direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre and post op patients.
Communicates post op instructions to patient/patients family members.

REQUIREMENTS

Associates degree in Nursing(required) BSN (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in IR, Cath Lab, ER, OBL,ASC setting
Possess knowledge of ACLS protocol and algorithms.

Familiarity with medical software and medical equipment

Complies with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality

Job-Type : Part time / contingent

Pay: hourly

Expected hours per week: 18-26

License: RN required.
BLS/ACLS (required current within 90 days)

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
