About us Innovative Care NJ (legal: Innovative Care Staffing Solutions LLC) is a Joint Commission-accredited home care and healthcare staffing agency in Maplewood, NJ. About the role We are hiring an NJ-licensed Registered Nurse to instruct a Home Health Aide training class. Teach the HHA curriculum (personal care skills, vital signs, infection control, patient safety, documentation), lead hands-on skills practice and competency evaluations, and mentor students preparing for home care careers. Schedule: October 26 – November 19, 2026, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Same instructor for all 16 sessions (96 hours total). Pay: $55 per hour.
