RN / LPN

Lavim Care is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nurse registry as Independent Contractors. Contractors will provide nursing services to clients in their homes and other assigned care settings.

This is a flexible opportunity for qualified nurses interested in accepting assignments based on their availability and our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to clients
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor clients' conditions as appropriate
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your license and assigned duties
• Assist with care plans and communicate changes in the client's condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow physician orders, care plans, and applicable nursing standards
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and other members of the care team
• Report changes in the client's condition or any concerns promptly
• Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality
• Provide dependable and high-quality care during assigned shifts

Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred, at least 1 to 2 years.
• Ability to provide professional references
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Must meet Lavim Care's credentialing and onboarding requirements
• Must be willing to provide required documentation and complete applicable background screening

Independent Contractor Position

This position is offered as an independent contractor opportunity through Lavim Care. Contractors may have the flexibility to accept assignments based on their availability and the needs of clients.

Compensation will be discussed based on the assignment, client needs, location, and required level of care.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
