Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Family Medicine Clinic

Location: Great Bend, KS
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine / Urgent Care
Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience + benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join a growing outpatient Family Medicine clinic in Great Bend, KS. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity providing professional nursing care to clinic patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care following established standards and policies.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical care.
• Administer treatments and medications as directed.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
• Support a safe and positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Current Kansas RN or LPN license or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN or LPN experience.
• Outpatient/clinic experience highly preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
