RN LPN Evening Supervisor

This is a new full-time position for an RN/LPN Evening Supervisor in Pittsfield, MA, offering $32.50-$44.50/hr.

• Lead and coordinate nursing activities during the evening shift, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation using Point Click Care.

• Manage staffing schedules, delegate tasks, and mentor nursing staff.

• Maintain infection control and deliver excellent customer service to residents and families.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and staff duties as needed.

Requirements include an active MA RN or LPN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and prior supervisory or team management experience.
