  • Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate effectively with nursing, therapy, and other departments.
  • MDS coordination experience and knowledge of assessment requirements and reimbursement processes preferred.
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
  • RAC-CT certification is preferred, but not required.

Schedule Flexibility

  • 24 hours per week dedicated to MDS responsibilities, with flexibility in scheduling to meet assessment deadlines and community needs.
  • Opportunity to work full-time hours by adding a floor nursing shift.
  • Participation in the floor nurse leader on-call rotation every third weekend and every third holiday.

What's In It For You?

  • Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more!
  • Competitive wage scales, tuition reimbursement, and scholarship programs of up to $3,000 per year.
  • Financial wellness and freedom through access to your earned wages prior to your pay date!
