RN Med Surg Float

Duties:

• Provided comprehensive nursing care to adult patients across multiple medical-surgical units, adapting to diverse patient populations and unit-specific protocols.
• Conducted thorough patient assessments, monitored vital signs, and evaluated changes in clinical conditions.
• Administered medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments while maintaining medication safety standards.
• Cared for patients with complex medical conditions, including sepsis, CHF, COPD, pneumonia, diabetes, renal disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Monitored cardiac rhythms and telemetry findings, promptly reporting abnormalities and changes in patient status.

Gross Weekly: $3,368.40 (for 48 hrs | 13 Weeks)

Gross Weekly: $3,566.00 (for 48 hrs | 26 Weeks)

Pay: $3,360.00 - $3,368.40 per week
