*For the present time, all RN roles will be expected to perform their own vital sign checks and blood glucose checks* Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted, requesting charge experience. Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics. Certifications Required: BLS. General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Renal Med Surg. Ratio / Census: 1:5-6; 49 Rooms with average daily census of 48. Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBARS. Scrub Color: Navy Blue. RTO: MAX 7 days. Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere. Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed.
