RN - Medication Coordinator

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Medication Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee medication management for clients in a home care setting. Responsibilities include filling and organizing client medications, following up with pharmacies and healthcare providers regarding prescriptions and medication orders, conducting Medication Administration Record (MAR) audits, and ensuring medication accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

The RN will maintain accurate documentation, communicate with healthcare providers and caregivers, and assist with client care when needed. This position requires on-call coverage one week per month and working one weekend per month to support continuity of care and client needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience with medication management, prescription coordination, and MAR audits preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients, families, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Flexibility to provide direct client care when needed.
• Availability for one on-call week and one working weekend per month.

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
