RN - MedSurg, Nights

Role: Charge RN, FT, MedSurg, responsible for coordinating quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and managing operational issues during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and address operational needs.
• Provide clinical care as required based on census demands.
• Communicate patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
• Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure.
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and specialized certifications as applicable.
• Additional certifications may be required based on unit specialization.

Additional Requirements: Ability to serve as a clinical resource, communicate effectively, and adapt to operational needs. Experience in emergency, surgical, or women’s services is advantageous.
