Responsibilities:

• Rn Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Oversee a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure continuum of care, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Rn Nurse Manager will also serve as a role model, demonstrating exceptional patient care and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered nurse with a current license to practice in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
