Registered Nurse (RN) – Overnight Supervisor

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is looking for a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Overnight Supervisor. This position provides nursing leadership and ensures quality resident care throughout the overnight shift.

Schedule

• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Overnight shift
• Full-time opportunity

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the overnight shift
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing team members
• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Address staffing and resident-care concerns during the shift
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and other clinical needs as needed
• Promote teamwork and a positive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Current and valid Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift
