Night Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Be the Heart of Skilled Care! Evergreen Health and Rehab. in Winchester, VA

• Full Time 9p-7am Monday-Thursday

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure best practice
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being
• Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Active RN/LPN license in the state of Virginia
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
