Job Summary

Heavenly Divine Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services to a pediatric client in the home setting in Cheraw, South Carolina.

This is a night-shift position providing approximately 21 hours of care per week. The selected nurse must be dependable and committed to providing safe, compassionate, and professional care throughout the overnight shift.

Duties

• Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the home setting.
• Monitor the client's condition and report changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the nurse's scope of practice.
• Follow the physician's plan of care and agency policies.
• Provide education and support to the client and family.
• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional care environment.

Requriments

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of South Carolina.
• Must have previous pediatric nursing experience.
• Home health or private-duty nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable providing care during night/overnight hours.
• Must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Must communicate effectively with the client, family, physicians, and care team.
• Current CPR certification is preferred/required as applicable to the assignment.

Pay: $30.85 - $35.54 per hour
