Part-Time/Full-Time/PRN Opportunities

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Salary: $34.00 per hour

The Centre, P.C., Northern Indiana’s premier comprehensive plastic surgery practice and medical spa, is seeking a Circulator RN and/or PACU RN to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a self-starter and compassionate team player to act as a liaison between the physician and patient and assume the role of patient advocate.

License/Experience Requirements:

• Requires Indiana RN License from an accredited school of nursing
• Required Current BLS
• Preferred ACLS certification
• Minimum of one year of experience as a CIRCULATOR or PRE-OP/PACU RN is preferred. Must be able to work in a flexible schedule-driven environment.

General Overview of this Position is Accountability:

· Professionally communicates relevant information to physicians, and nursing/clinical staff to maintain safe continuity of care and instructs patients/family/friends on surgery discharge instructions.

· Follows safety and infection control procedures along with implementing and adhering to all policies.

· Ensures the comfort and safety of each patient and individualizes such care according to each patient’s special needs while addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment.

· Continuously assesses the patient’s condition and maintains accurate documentation within standard of care throughout their time in the ASC.

· Protects patient’s sensitivities and Right to Privacy

Experience:

• Pre-Op/PACU or Circulator: 1 year (Required)
• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
