We are seeking PerDiemRegistered**Nurses(RNs)** to provide professional nursing care to residents in our Health Center and support our mission of fostering dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident.

WhatYou'llDo

As a Per Diem RN, you will:

• Provide nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess resident conditions and monitor for changes in health status.
• Perform resident assessments, documentation, and charting accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and continuity of care.
• Promote a culture of respect, dignity, safety, and resident-centered service.
• Model and support our CARES values in all interactions.

WhatWe'reLooking****For

Required****Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Preferred****Qualifications

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records (PCC).
