Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing facility. RN Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Supervise and mentor STNAs to ensure exceptional daily resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician-prescribed care plans.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

RN Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and resident well-being.
