RN Residency Program

We are seeking a dedicated nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings, including acute, critical, emergency, women’s services, and surgical units. Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using nursing processes
• Maintaining standards of practice and ensuring quality care
• Coordinating patient care activities among staff
• Demonstrating professional growth, accountability, leadership, effective communication, initiative, and the ability to handle stressful environments

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from a nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state
• BLS certification
• New graduates are eligible to apply
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification
