What You'll Do

As the RN Supervisor, you will serve as a clinical leader in our Health Center, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centered care while supporting and guiding nursing staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing team members and overseeing daily clinical operations
• Conducting rounds to ensure quality care and resident safety
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supporting resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Responding to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergency situations
• Assisting with staff mentoring, coaching, and education
• Participating in quality assurance, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence in care

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and compassionate care
