RN Supervisor

_Responsibilities include:_

• Leading nursing staff, ensuring quality care and proper training

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Monitoring and supervising direct care, including residents with behavioral health needs

• Developing work assignments and fostering team collaboration

• Participating in resident orientation and ensuring compliance with care plans

• Managing staff discipline fairly and consistently

_Qualifications:_

• Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided

_Work Environment:_

• Involves direct resident care in a dynamic setting

• Requires frequent movement, communication, and adaptability

• Subject to exposure to health hazards and emergency situations

_Compensation & Benefits:_

• Starting at $32.47/hour
