RN Supervisor – Multiple Shifts Available

We are currently accepting applications for Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our nursing leadership team at Englewood Health Care Center.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift – Monday through Friday
• Evening Shift – 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekend Supervisor – Saturday & Sunday Only

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented RNs who are comfortable leading and supporting nursing staff while helping ensure our residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN License or Temporary RN License
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing staff
• Overseeing day-to-day nursing services
• Helping implement and maintain quality assurance standards
• Medication administration as needed
• Electronic documentation and resident assessments
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition
• Communicating with physicians and responsible parties as necessary
• Ordering medications from the pharmacy
• Wound care and treatments
• Collecting and processing laboratory specimens
• Managing and supporting the resident care plan process
• Promoting safe, compassionate, resident-centered care
