RN Supervisor-Nightshift

This full-time RN Supervisor position offers a 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM shift, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, plus a $3.50/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising staff, conducting resident assessments, administering IV therapy, and addressing operational issues. The role requires a valid PA nursing license, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and the ability to manage resident needs effectively.
