RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing

Northwoods RehabilitationNursing Center is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team.

Pay: $40/hour

This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible weekend work and additional income while taking on a clinical leadership role in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• Guide RN, LPN, and CNA team members during the shift
• Respond to resident needs and changes in condition
• Provide nursing care as needed
• Help ensure quality care and compliance with facility standards
• Serve as a clinical resource for the nursing team

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license required
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Previous charge, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependable and comfortable working independently

Schedule

PRN weekend coverage with flexibility based on facility needs.

Ideal for supplementing full-time income.
