Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Care providers with clients care, including vital signs, MARS, pill count, and manual handling procedures.
• Support patient safety initiatives by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Ensuring proper documentation within electronic health records (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with Clients, families, and healthcare team members to facilitate seamless care delivery.
• Manage medical documentation with precision, including recording vital signs, medication administration, and clients observations.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients information in compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies.

Skills

• Experience working in acute care environments.
• Knowledge of hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and post-acute care practices.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required; additional certifications such as infection control or medical equipment operation are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, and client safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively with adult clients with disabilities and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
