Meaningful Impact: As a Unit Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our daily operations, directly impacting resident well-being and staff success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resident Care Excellence: Coordinating and supervising comprehensive resident care plans, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and clinical best practices. You will monitor and proactively address residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Empowering Staff: Taking the lead in recruiting, hiring, and training talented staff members. You will provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support, while also evaluating performance and addressing any concerns to foster a high-performing team.
- Operational Leadership: Developing and implementing effective unit policies and procedures, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations.
- Seamless Communication: Maintaining open and transparent communication with residents, their families, and staff members. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth and integrated operations across the community.
Supportive Environment: Join a team that values collaboration, professional growth, and a positive work-life balance, all within a welcoming senior living community.
What You'll Bring to Our Team:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN who embodies strong leadership and a genuine passion for senior care:
- Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure: You must hold a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong preference for experience in senior living or long-term care.

- Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Genuine Compassion: A deep sense of compassion and empathy for seniors, coupled with a commitment to providing the highest quality of person-centered care.
