Boulder Crossing Health & Rehabilitation, a brand-new skilled nursing facility in Streetsboro, OH, is currently looking for energetic, caring Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least 1 year of vent/NIV experience that want to grow within a positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Airway and Tracheostomy Management
• Ventilator and Equipment Monitoring
• Patient Assessment and Vital Monitoring
• Weaning and Care Plan
