RN Weekend ER-HK-FT-Shift 1

Maintains established standards of care, policies, objective, and goals in administering professional nursing care to all patients needing Emergency Services.

Qualifications Education/Licensure/Certifications Current Alabama RN license or a current RN multi-state license

Experience Prior critical care or emergency room experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Must have knowledge of all equipment and materials required for procedures described in the Emergency Care Center Policy/Procedure Manual and Nursing Service Procedure Manual. BCLS, ACLS, PALS and department specific competencies must be maintained. TNCC is preferred. BLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment. ACLS and PALS must be obtained within the first year of employment.
