Position Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Night Shift
Location: Client Residences (Field-Based)
Schedule: Saturday, and Sunday | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
Compensation: $46.00/hour (Night Shift) | $40.00/hour (Day Shift training/coverage)Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health care team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, one-on-one clinical care to clients directly in their homes during weekend night shifts. This role is ideal for a night-owl clinician who enjoys autonomous practice and dedicated patient connection.Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Monitor, assess, and manage client conditions during overnight hours according to the established care plan.
• Clinical Tasks: Administer medications, manage IV therapies, perform wound care, and handle specialized medical equipment as required.
• Emergency Response: Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient status or nocturnal medical emergencies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time electronic charting regarding patient vitals, interventions, and outcomes.
• Coordination: Provide comprehensive shift-change reports to daytime clinical staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RN License in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification from an approved provider.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health, ER, or ICU experience is highly valued).
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance to travel to client locations.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 24.0 per week
