• Friday, Saturday & Sunday (12-hour shifts)
• Saturday, Sunday & Monday (12-hour shifts)

Available Shifts:

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

As our Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll be the leader your team can count on—supporting staff, guiding resident care, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.

You'll:

• Lead and support nursing staff during your weekend shift.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
• Respond to clinical situations and provide guidance when needed.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the Director of Nursing.
• Oversee staffing, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment where everyone can succeed.

We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Previous long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate nurse who enjoys mentoring others and making a difference.
